Barossa Function Hire has been part of the Barossa community for 25 years and in that time we have helped and supported many organisations and activities that improve the lives of the everyone in the Barossa.
Established in 1926, The Marananga Brass Band is made up of local musicians both old and young. Their connection with Barossa Function Hire has helped the band survive and prosper through tough times.
The Barossa Valley based hot rod club – Valley Hot Rodders inc, has family based activities comprising of people from all walks of life. Find out how they built a relationship with Barossa Function Hire.
The Marananga brass band is the only truly local Barossa band with members ranging for 9 years old up to mid 90s recently. Each year the highlight is a concert in Tanunda for 1000 people as part of the vintage festival. Mark became involved as a sponsor and with logistical support to help the band out over many years when it was under threat of closing. One of our members, Ron, a 90 plus year old could not get up on stage due to his immobility. Mark arranged a forklift and cage to lift him up and get him up with his mates and that is the sort of attitude that Mark and his family bring to everything they do for the area.

Valley Hot Rodders
Mark first met us all when his boys were young and he was keen to sponsor us so his boys could get a ride in a hot rod!
Since then, Mark and the family have been heavily involved in supplying a range of gear and equipment for the annual Valley Hot Rodders Cruise On for the last 27 years. The Valley Hot Rodders Club have always supported local businesses and especially Barossa Function Hire. This has led to us inviting Mark & Trish to be Honorary Patrons of the Club.
They are professional, caring and their quality and attention to detail is second to none and it’s an example of how locals can support each other.
